Ron Klier grew up in St. Louis and now lives and writes in Los Angeles. His plays Pigs in Zen and Potatoes have received productions at the Generic Theatre in Virginia, Moving Arts Theatre in Los Angeles, and the Gorilla Theatre in Kansas City.

His essays and film reviews have appeared in The Entertainer and The Midwest Quarterly. His most recent play, Chorzel’s Demons, received a staged reading in January 2004 as part of the Stella Adler Theatre’s “Sundays at Seven” series in a joint production between the Stella Adler Theatre and the VS. Theatre Company.
